About Me
I am a professional hypnotherapist, with a diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and counselling. I am also a member of the Hypnotherapy Society and am fully insured for all the work I do. As well as hypnotherapy, I have a background in senior management in the public and private sectors.
As a native Welsh speaker, I can offer you a service in either English or Welsh. It's purely down to your personal preference. What's important is that you receive the service in the language with which you feel the most comfortable.
I am based near Cardiff and normally conduct hypnotherapy sessions at my home outside Llantrisant (off J34 of the M4). However, if getting to me is difficult for you, I am usually available to travel to wherever you are.
My reason for practicing as a clinical hypnotherapist is that I believe passionately in helping people reach their full potential and a state of mind in which they feel happiest. For some, that may mean leading a healthier lifestyle by becoming a non-smoker. For others, it may mean swifter progression in their career by achieving greater focus and motivation in what they do. It may also mean dealing with long-standing fears and anxiety that is holding someone back from enjoying a happy and fulfilled life.
