Irritable Bowel SyndromeIrritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBS, is a disorder of the intestines that affects millions of people in the UK. When your gut is working normally, you hardly notice when it moves food through its long tube, through a series of muscular contractions. Problems with these contractions are known as IBS. Hypnotherapy can relieve the symptoms of IBS in a number of ways, such as helping you relax and deal with stress in a more positive way.
